Pre trip Exterior

The pre-trip exterior inspection is conducted
in the yard and is the first step of your test. It is conducted while the
vehicle is stationary where it is parked. There are 6 steps to follow in the
exterior inspection that the driver must conduct to avoid penalties:

• Windscreen wipers
• Rim, Tyre and wheel-nuts etc
• Engine compartments
• Couplings
• Lenses and reflectors
  
• fuel cap
