Freeways (exiting freeway)

Freeways
(highways) should be exited carefully and is usually done by using an on or off
ramp. When exiting a freeway, the driver must take special care to drive
between edge lines of the on-ramp. Never overtake on a single lane on-ramp and
make sure to do the necessary observation techniques, remembering to do a left
and right blind spot check when exiting a freeway. Bearing in mind that additional
blind spot checks must be done for a safe gap should it be necessary. The
instructor will give penalties for the following:

• Mirrors
• Blind spots
• Signal
  intention
• Cancels
  signal
• Clear
  space
