(i) You have a full and clear view of the roadway ahead and to your right and left. (ii) Such vehicles is fitted with a rear view mirror or mirrors, enabling you to see a clear reflection of traffic to the rear. (iii) Such vehicle can reach a speed of at least 80 km/h.
