Driving Test › Emergency stop
Emergency stop
Emergency stops are a
requirement for the second part of the test but can only commence when part one
of the test was successful. During the test, the driver will be instructed by
the examiner to stop the motorcycle by bringing the motorcycle to a controlled stop in
the shortest possible distance and maintain balance. Do not move the motorcycle
until the measurement has been taken. Penalties will be given for:
- Actual value when crossing
calibration lines - Standard value given by electronic
apparatus - Penalty points scored
- Number of attempts
