Intersections – proceeding straight

1. Check rear-view mirrors.

2. Obey all road traffic signs, signals, rules and markings.

3. On approach look right, left and ahead for cross traffic, approaching traffic and/orpedestrians.

4. Check blind spot if applicable.

5. Position, if necessary.

6. Proceed.

Note A:

It is not necessary for the motorcycle rider to turn his/her head to look right and left when he/she hasa clear view of the intersection or when approaching public entrances and exits, such as fillingstations and shopping centres.
