Light and Heavy motor vehicles

Every light and heavy motor vehicle used on a public road must be equipped with;

• a service brake;
• a parking brake; and
• an emergency brake. (Same as parking brake)

which is in good working order. Provided that the emergency brake and parking brake may be one and the same brake.
